📜 Terms of Service – Amoredials

By purchasing from Amoredials, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Authenticity

All watches are vintage, pre-owned and New Condition. Each item is carefully inspected, photographed, and described in detail. Signs of wear are natural for vintage pieces. May appear slightly different due to lighting and screen display.

Installed new Battery and tested before shipping.

2. Water Resistance

Due to the age of our watches, we do not guarantee water resistance. Buyers are advised to treat the watches as non-waterproof.

3. Payments

Full payment must be completed before shipping. Prices may include or exclude shipping/customs fees, depending on destination country.

4. Refund & Return Policy

  • All sales are final.

  • Buyers must carefully review the product description and photos before purchase.

  • Refunds are only possible if the watch delivered is significantly different from the description or a wrong item was shipped. Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery with proof.

5. Shipping & Customs

We ship internationally with trusted couriers DHL Express (ETA 7-10 days). Delays due to customs clearance or local postal services are beyond our control. 

International shipping: Customs duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Prices do not include import duties or customs fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

Amoredials is not liable for:

  • Damage caused by improper handling or misuse after delivery.

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

7. Governing Law

All transactions are subject to the applicable laws of the seller’s country.
