At Amoredials, we use DHL Express for all international deliveries to ensure a fast and secure shipping experience.

Important Information

  • We require your valid Phone number and Email due to overseas shipping regulations. This is mandatory for customs clearance and courier communication. Without it, we cannot proceed with the order.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Each watch is carefully inspected and securely packed before shipment.

Shipping Time

  • We ship exclusively with DHL Express.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days, depending on the destination country and customs process.

Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped, so buyers can monitor their package in real time.

Customs & Import Duties

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or local courier handling.

If Buyer Refuses Customs Duties

  • If the buyer refuses to pay customs/import taxes and the watch is returned to us, a refund will only be issued after the item has arrived back in our possession.

  • The refund amount will be deducted for:

    • Shipping costs we paid to DHL.

    • Transaction fees (e.g., marketplace or payment gateway charges).

    • Any other material losses related to the return process.

Shipping Guarantee

  • All packages are securely packed to protect your vintage timepiece.

  • In the rare case of shipping damage, buyers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof for review.
